• One Lesson Sign-up Form per person

• Each session is four classes.

• Level 1 and 2 

• Level 3

• $40 per person per session for members, $50 for non-members

• Monies are non-refundableand payable in advance to Treasurer@lbdc.ca via e-transfer.

• Lesson sign-up form must be returned signed (electronic preferred) and all fees paid before start of class.
