You do not have to have a partner for any of our classes or dancing events but we cannot guarantee a partner! Dancing is a great way to meet people and our teachers regularly rotate partners to give everyone the opportunity to dance with different people.
Can I bring a partner if I want to? Will I be forced to rotate partners?
In dancing, everyone is encouraged to rotate partners to meet new people but you will not be forced to change partners if you don’t want to.
Do I need to have prior dance experience?
No, we welcome absolute beginners! We have a class just for beginners or those that have not danced for a long time. We also have a class for more advanced dancers too!
What should I wear to class? Do I need special shoes?
Wear something that makes you feel comfortable and allows you to move. No special shoes required.
I am interested but do not intend to compete, can I still join?
Yes! We do plenty of ballroom related events and dancing workshops.
