Sign-up by submitting the adjacent form and e-transfer the required cost.

  • One Form per person
  • $13 for member or $16 for non-member/each monthly dance
  • Membership is $35 per person /year
  • Monies are non-refundableand payable in advance to Treasurer@lbdc.ca via e-transfer.
  • Forms must be returned signed (electronic preferred) and all fees paid in advance or at the door.
